With soothing heat, the "Luk Pra Kob" is the application of the herbal sphere, used to treat delayed muscle soreness, joint pain & stiffness, swelling, skin problems and to promote circulation. A blend of medicinal herbs are wrapped in cotton and applied to the body as a hot compress to bring relief from general pain & inflammation, while nourishing and softening the skin. The herbs are air dried, or mixed fresh in a specific ratio and bound in unbleached cotton cloth. The herbal sphere is then steamed at temperatures around 80-100 degrees Celsius. The essential oils evaporate into the cotton cloth that the herbs are wrapped in. When the Luk Pra Kob is the applied to the skin, the essential oils and heat are transferred to the recipient’s body.

Puew Makrut (Kaffir Lime Peel): Kaffir lime is used to treat dry skin and damaged hair and dandruff; It is a natural cleanser and a deodorizer. The rind
